Since 2015 I’ve been working with Dyslexia Cornwall to raise awareness of dyslexia and to help dyslexic individuals obtain appropriate support. As a charity they have been helping dyslexic people in Cornwall for over 25 years. I’m dyslexic myself and I started working with them because I wanted to share some of my own experiences of dyslexia and enable others to get the support they need.

The charity trained me up as a dyslexia adviser and I developed a dyslexia training workshop for organisations and businesses in the South West. This training enables organisations to learn about what dyslexia is, as well as how it may affect the individuals they work with and what practical measures they can implement to support dyslexic people.
